About CrossFit Landrum

We welcome you to stop by and see the difference that CrossFit offers. Whether you’re starting your first workout or wanting to take your fitness program to the next level, CrossFit Landrum will exceed your expectations.

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our speciality is not specialising. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

Thousands of athletes worldwide have followed our workouts and they’ve distinguished themselves in combat, the streets, the ring, stadiums, gyms and homes.

Jennifer Phillips - CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (2011)

I have been active in sports and fitness throughout my life. Growing up in California then South Carolina, I competed as a gymnast and played many other sports. After high school I attended the University of South Carolina where I received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education. While attending school, I received and maintained many certifications including, personal training/group fitness/spinning and nutrition.

While stationed in Sumter, S.C with the United States Air Force, we received orders in 2009 to move to Spangdahlem, Germany. While in Germany I began running the Physical Training program on base for over 5000 Airmen. In January of 2011, our Commander brought CrossFit to the base. I attended the certification course and I haven’t looked back since. While running the PT program, I also began managing the CrossFit facility. I was fortunate enough to manage both programs until my husband retired from the Air Force after 20 years of service.

After moving back home to South Carolina, I decided to open my own CrossFit Affiliate. It is my passion and I am excited to share it with my community.
